This year more than most we have so many things to be grateful for. There are a great many people we need to thank for the little things they do, that in more ordinary circumstances would go unnoticed. So I wanted to give you a crafty way to spread the love that doesn’t break the bank.

As Valentine’s Day (or the Feast of Saint Valentine if you’d like to be more formal) is fast approaching, I thought it might be nice to show some appreciation to those people who make our own lives and worlds better just by being in it.

Anxiety - Crochet Helps

Crochet is my Anxiety Buster

I suffer from anxiety. I have done for a long time. So Covid-19 has brought up all manner of fears and worries that I had never even considered before. My focus, what little there is of it, is all over the place. I’m never sure where I should be or what I should be doing for the best. Should I focus on family, or should I volunteer somewhere, or start looking for a REAL JOB to take some of the pressure off? Picking up a crochet hook seems so frivolous in light of the crisis going on!
